    Service Poor after car has been sold.

    Initially was really impressed with the service, was a really quick and speedy purchase! However after two week of driving my car around including long distance journeys I started to notice a strong smell of petrol. I then checked the bonnet to notice that the oil cap had not been put back on and oil and spilt all over the engine. I immediately rang the garage and was told to send a picture and they would ring back (they never rang i rang back) it was decided that I would purchase an oil cap and a refund would be given to me. However there was no reply's to my emails and no refund ever given. I was really disappointed as I know mistakes can happen and was clearly an accident from a staff member not placing the oil cap however no effort has been made to deal with the problem. I have had to pay to have the front of the car cleaned due to oil being spilt all over the engine and could have caused a lot of damage. Clearly after the car has been sold the level of service decreases.

We have tried to call you several times, but haven't been able to get hold of you, we have e-mailed as well. Your e-mails had gone to our junk folder & only came to light last week, as the payment of £12 to you bounced back when we tried to bank transfer, we sent you a cheque on the 6/12/17, hopefully you have now received this. If you could please call us anyway as we would like to offer some form of recompense for any inconvenience caused, as we do always go above & beyond for our customers.     Excellent customer service from a friendly and genuine team. I built myself up for an awful time buying my first car. Couldn't have been more wrong. Paul was brilliant. I was encouraged to take all the time I needed and at no point did I feel pushed or pressured. I felt very safe and had full confidence in the sale. I highly recommend this garage.

    Bought a Citroen c4 Picasso from g5 cars had it 4 weeks had leaking injector seals. I live in hull so instead of taking it back to Leeds got it fixed here in hull. I gave Paul a ring he said no problem send me the garage receipt .He put the £120 in my bank straight away thanks Paul .car is immaculate .would use g5 cars again.

    I was looking to buy my first car, I checked with many car dealers and ended up choosing G5 cars at first because they had an excellent condition ford Fiesta Zetec S I wanted to buy. I went to Leeds to view the car and it was as nice as they described.I then decided to look around while my Ford Fiesta was being prepared for delivery, a beautiful red Alfa romeo JTDM with very low mileage caught my eyes and I automatically changed my choice and bought that one instead. I am very pleased with the car so far and the service I received from Paul, David and Leed is just warm, informative and excellent.When I experienced a few issues with car in regard to the brakes and air con, Paul was there to assist me geting the repair taken care care of as he said he would. buying a car from these guys is a pleasure specially knowing they got your back if anything go wrong. I strongly recommend them as they only tend to sell reliable cars with low mileage. great choices of cars and hard to choose one.

    Brilliant, down to earth no pushy sales talk. Very helpful and professional. The car was valeted to a very high standard. Very helpful with paperwork, made sure I understood everything. I am very pleased and will be using G5 Cars again when I am ready to upgrade again, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my family and friends.
